Although we offer Executive and Senior Retained Services we also work on contingency assignments whereby an introduction fee only becomes payable once a candidate is successfully sourced.
Our contingency work however is restricted to working preferably with Clients as an exclusive supplier or as one of only a small number of suppliers.
Our key goal is to deliver successful outcomes and excellent customer experiences.
Many of our new Clients and Candidates are generated through referrals and as such we will not compromise our standards by adopting the impersonal, non-consultative, Corporate KPI approach.
