For Clients:-
Every vacancy that we consult on is different. To that end we will seek to gain a strong understanding of what you are looking for and then recommend the most suitable recruitment solution to deliver the strongest shortlist in the most cost effective way.
The bespoke recruitment solutions will usually incorporate a number of or all of the below:-
- Database search
- Linked In search
- Professional network search
- Specialist job board advertising
- Branded advertising campaign management
- Consultancy Talent/Market mapping, Finance Function Design, Role profiling and Interview and Assessment support (we can sit on your interview Panel or design interview questions and other assessments).
Although we offer Executive and Senior Retained Services we also work on contingency assignments whereby an introduction fee only becomes payable once a candidate is successfully sourced.
Our contingency work however is restricted to working preferably with Clients as an exclusive supplier or as one of only a small number of suppliers.
Our key goal is to deliver successful outcomes and excellent customer experiences.
Many of our new Clients and Candidates are generated through referrals and as such we will not compromise our standards by adopting the impersonal, non-consultative, Corporate KPI approach.
