The role of Head of Finance and Procurement is a key role in helping deliver Bron Afon’s future plans.

The role is responsible for the development and delivery of high-quality Finance and Procurement services ensuring compliance with all financial regulatory and statutory requirements for the Group.

The role will also include leading on corporate projects and driving organisational improvement and cultural change.

The ideal candidate will be a senior finance manager with extensive staff management experience. We welcome applications from talented senior finance professionals with sector/housing knowledge, however we are equally receptive to receiving applications from strong candidates from outside the sector too.

It is important for this person to have proven ability to provide inspirational and visionary leadership and to help nurture a culture which supports, motivates and develop others.
