A senior leadership role within the business, our client is recruiting for a Head of Commercial Finance to develop, lead and strengthen commercial and performance reporting and to contribute to the delivery of strategy across the business.

Our client is a growing business seeking to strengthen the senior leadership team.
The Role:
- Lead the commercial finance function, providing strategic financial leadership and insight to drive business performance, profitability and sustainable growth across the organisation.
- Own the financial planning, reporting and performance framework, ensuring robust financial controls, governance and accurate management information to support executive decision-making, and to provide insightful board reporting.
- Partner with operational and senior leadership teams to influence commercial strategy, evaluate business opportunities, optimise performance and ensure financial objectives are embedded across the business.
- Lead, develop and inspire the commercial finance team, fostering a high-performing culture focused on commercial insight, continuous improvement, financial rigour and delivering value to the wider organisation.
About You:
- Qualified Accountant with proven experience in a leadership role.
- Strong commercial finance experience having a background in FP&A, commercial finance, finance business partnering activities.
- Experience in leading and improving budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in large complex environments.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in leading the delivery of improvement programmes in MI and data insight.
