Our Client:
Our client is in the not-for-profit sector and is seeking an experienced Finance Manager with strong hands-on management accounting skills to lead and support the finance team.
The Role:
- Lead day-to-day finance operations, managing a small team (AP, AR, payroll) and maintaining strong financial control.
- Strengthen governance through redesigning supplier onboarding and enhancing approval processes.
- Work closely with operational teams to provide financial insight and support decision-making.
- Implement structured month-end processes and reconciliation frameworks to improve accuracy and consistency.
- Improve system-based reporting and streamline processes within finance systems and CRM.
- Manage weekly payment runs and introduce SOPs to improve efficiency and control.
About You:
- Qualified or QBE
- Strong management reporting skills
- Experience in maintaining strong financial control
- Team leadership skills – support and lead the finance team
- Strong excel skills
