The Role:

You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the finance function, working closely with the senior leadership team to provide high-quality financial information, commercial insight and robust financial control. You will lead a finance team comprising Management Accountants, Accounts Assistants, an AR/AP Manager and Ledger Clerks, with responsibility for developing the team and improving the efficiency of the function. The business is highly data-driven, with a strong focus on KPI reporting and using financial information to support better commercial decision-making.

A key part of the role will be driving process improvement, automation and the use of AI across the finance function. The successful candidate will be someone who embraces technology and is excited by the opportunity to modernise and automate traditional finance processes.
