The Role:
The Group Financial Controller will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the financial operations of an international manufacturing SME. The individual will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, maintain strong internal controls, and drive financial efficiency across the organisation.
The role requires a tactical, commercially focused leader who can operate as a true business partner across the organisation, providing financial insight, discipline, and challenge to support organic growth.
The position will involve managing financial operations across multiple subsidiaries and jurisdictions while ensuring high standards of governance, compliance, and performance.

About You:
Qualifications
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification
- Degree-level education or equivalent
Experience
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar senior finance role, within an SME environment
- Experience in group consolidations and multi-currency environments
- Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and international accounting practices
- Experience in financial systems implementation and process improvement
