The role will have specific responsibility for the Remuneration Committee
Our Client is open on background but PLC background would be advantageous.
The candidate should have excellent experience and a strong employment history, with significant experience at Executive or Non-Executive level.
We are looking for for a highly credible and articulate individual with strong intellect. Furthermore, the candidate will be able to challenge but at the same time be highly supportive to the Executive team, giving them confidence to make a decision. The candidate will have good advocacy and persuasive skills.
The candidate will be confident but who displays humility, who will work well in an entrepreneurial environment, with a very down to earth founder group, a highly professional management/leadership team who can have lots of fun in the process.
The candidate will be able to work comfortably with both the Executive team and the Board.
The time commitment will be c. 20-25 days per year with compensation of c£45k.
