Hodge is an independent Bank, providing a range of financial products and services to corporate clients and consumers, across Personal Savings, Mortgages and Annuity, Commercial Finance and Savings.

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this is a high- profile role with managerial responsibility for a small team.
As Treasurer, you will assume responsibility for managing the Bank’s liquidity, cash placement and hedging transactions. You will also be responsible for monitoring credit risk in relation to the Bank’s portfolio of treasury assets. It is a highly technical role, involving analysis of interest rate risk exposures, cash requirement forecasting and stress testing.
Using your knowledge and experience, you will report on treasury matters to Board, Assets and Liabilities Committee and to the senior management team, making relevant recommendations and identifying potential business opportunities.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Actively establishing, maintaining, and developing relationships with treasury contacts and counterparties
- Ensuring MI analysis and reports are prepared and presented accurately, clearly, and concisely
- Delivering forward looking assessments of risk and regulatory developments, affecting the treasury area.
The successful candidate will have a recognised accounting or treasury qualification (ACA, ACCA, ACT or equivalent), and experience of working within a similar treasury role within a Bank/Building Society.
The candidate will be highly numerate, analytical, and methodical in their approach and display good attention to detail.
