In addition to our core discipline of Finance and Accountancy we are looking to grow and develop our recruitment services in new disciplines.
We have a highly experienced team of Consultants who are professionally qualified in the Finance and Accountancy field.

As part of our continued desire to both grow and develop whilst maintaining high levels of customer service, we have created a new role for an Executive/Professional Recruitment Associate
What does this role entail?
In summary this role will provide an efficient and professional recruitment support to our Consultants across a wide range of different areas
-Write and develop high quality candidate and corporate candidate packs, including copy for media platforms including job boards and social media
-Search activity to support assignments and campaign including identification of candidates through database/network, Linked In and other intelligence
-Discuss briefs with candidates and help to assess suitability, acting as a conduit between Client and candidate where necessary providing candidates with additional information
-Manage high quality interview process including the management of key communications between candidate and Consultant including feedback
-Project support to improve and develop our CRM and candidate database, to optimize use of technology and to ensure compliance with internal quality protocols, and GDPR
- Business management, to work closely with Administrator/Resourcer to improve, develop and refine processes across the business to improve quality, customer service and output, efficiency and to enable robust business support during growth
-As a small team, it is important that we are all prepared to operate on a hands-on basis and pick up other tasks on an ad-hoc basis
